Any service REQUIRES a deposit or a valid card on file. In the event of a cancellation or no show the deposit / prepayment is non refundable, If your appointment is within a week no changes are allowed ( this includes rescheduling and cancelling ). In the event that you cannot make it, the deposit is lost. Changes can be applied to appointments that are further than a week away without any penalty. Clients are given a 15 minute grace period the day of their appointment. After 15 minutes the appointment WILL be cancelled and the deposit will be lost. ( the grace period is 10 minutes for shorter services, that are under an hour). I do not allow any extra guests (no exceptions) including children or pets

If you are coming in with lashes from a previous tech we would need to do a removal and full set since I do not do foreign fills.
